Either Either is a freelance collective disguised as a studio…

… like three kids sitting on one-another’s shoulders underneath a trench coat.

We are a network of specialist illustrators, designers, writers, cinematographers, animators and more, all with a focus on (and love for) health and community messaging. This allows us to move on projects quickly, cost-effectively and with a keen emphasis on craft. This means our team can expand or contract as your project needs, plus we’re adaptable to continually changing platforms and new technology. As storytellers, we seek the humanity in any narrative, helping clients reach their audience on an entertaining, striking yet honest level.

We practise what we preach. This is our Creative Director and Founder, Mete, hosting a panel on mental health for creatives. The discussion focussed on the mental-health issues surrounding working in isolation and being overwhelmed by an office environment.

Our Core Team

Mete Erdogan

Founder & Creative Director

Mete is an award-winning Creative Director with an illustration background. He set off for a five-year-stint in New York in 2013, first as an Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and then as freelance illustrator and designer.

At Saatchi, he made ads for clients like Cheerios, GLAAD and and MillerCoors, earning him a slew of CLIO, Cannes Lions and Webby Awards, and even a place in MoMA’s permanent collection. As a freelancer, he focussed on murals, hand lettering and illustrations for clients like Sweetgreen, Frank Body and Birchbox. Mete headed back to Melbourne after fulfilling his New York dream to start his own studio with the friends he missed at home.

Born and based in the UK, Nick spent his childhood in Brazil and adolescence in Australia. He’s been bouncing around the world ever since. Having worked on productions with micro budgets to some of the largest films in cinemas, Nick has a bag of tricks for every need. He does everything from practical to digital cinematography to tech vis, light studies and VR. Tim O’Keefe

Cinematographer

Tim’s love for imagery started with a 1970’s Pentax film camera back in 2008. With a background working in the music industry, he documented some of Australia’s upcoming musicians across the globe, earning an ARIA gold record for a documentary he shot and produced. As a cinematographer, Tim has worked on many projects including short films, music videos for The Teskey Brothers and Violent Soho, branded content for Volkswagen, FILA Australia, and Xero plus feature documentaries for ABC and SBS.

Mud Dey

Producer

Mud has been a producer for more than a decade. She started off as a photographer and camera operator after graduating university and quickly transitioned to producing when she realised that organising shoots was a job in itself. She specialises in wrangling all the noise that surrounds production so that creatives can focus and do what they do best.

Mud is well versed in the commercial space, producing TVCs and online content for brands such as Sportsbet, Dulux Group, Bunnings, Commonwealth Bank and MYOB. She’s also been involved with two Screen Australia–funded webseries (Celebration Nation and Emu Wars) as well as a handful of music videos and short films.
